    8. For photos, please send good quality. We make an order from a photo that has been sent to us, regardless of the quality. 
    Sometimes the effect is very poor due to the poor quality of the picture. Photos should be sent via ebay message.
    9. Remember to leave your order details. You can do this by adding a note to the order (remember to save the message otherwise I won't receive it), 
    or by sending me a message via ebay. Lack of order details will significantly extend the lead time.
     In the absence of details, I send a message with a request, then wait 2 days for a reply. 
    If I do not receive any information within this time, the order will be canceled.
    10. Remember! When buying an item made of wood, take into account that wood is a natural material. 
    It may differ in color from itself. The color of the engraving can be different each time.
    11.  Please leave a positive comment after successful order. If you are not satisfied for some reason,

     If the item did not arrive but was shipped, it is the fault of Royal Mail who lost the parcel. Then we send a new item or refund the money.
